500 gm rice
3 – 5 potatoes
250 ml Oil
3 – 4 green Chili
1 teaspoon red chili
1/2 turmeric powder
Large Cardamom
3 – 4 teaspoon Lasson Ginger paste

Wash and soak the rice well and peel and chop the potatoes.
Heat oil in 1 pen and add cumin, cloves, Large, Cardamom black sprinkles and mix lightly.

Add Lesson Ginger paste and salt according to it. Now add potatoes and green sprigs and fry well and let the potatoes cook for a while. Until the potatoes melt

Now add rice and add 1 liter of water and let it simmer. When the water is sweet and there is some moisture.

Open after 5 minutes.
